Lumps of black scum poured out - he leapt out. told reception who said someone would come. left water in bath to show them. day 2. Nice cleaner emptied bath, husband ran bath in evening. more lumps of black scum. Took photo and told reception. this happened for 6 days. photo is of scum after 6 days of running bubbles. on checking out told hotel not happy - they said they would investigate and let us know. ...

"Amé la estancia, el hotel no puede estar en mejor ubicación justo frente de las estaciones de ski con unas vistas preciosas desde la habitación y cualquier punto del hotel, y con servicio de transfer a las pistas. El staff en extremo amable y pendiente al mínimo detalle, hicieron muy agradable nuestra estancia.
