"Walk back in time to one of the oldest hotels in Venice. The staff was wonderful and super helpful. Make sure to ask them restaurant recommendations, because wow. The one they recommended was AMAZING. Our room was clean and stocked with amenities. The bed was comfy after a long flight. The pool was greatly appreciated after a long hot day- although it sucked you only got 30 minutes a day to use it (they are very strict) And the included breakfast was amazing. Tons of options! The hotel is situated close to shopping and about 10 minutes from the Rialto bridge. We will definitely return to this hotel :) "

"The room and bathroom were beautiful. The only criticism I have is majority of electrical outlets did not work. We could not use the coffee machine and had to share the one functioning outlet to charge all our phones. Staff was great and the breakfast was plentiful and great!"

"Hotel is excellent. Beware cost of private water taxi .Came off a cruise but cost $100 for a 5 minutes private water taxi. No alternatives available. Getting to airport also a pain. Venice is still wonderful and the Royal San Marco is a nice central base to see the city."
