「Wonderful hotel, spacious premium rooms, great buffet breakfast. Our only issue was the function below our room with a very loud band that reverberated throughout the entire hotel until around 10pm. The management, however, accommodated us the best they could, and i would easily return to stay again. 」

「Please Install Air Conditioners.. property, Service, Staffs everything is excellent but the climate was humid and hot.. didn’t feel like a hill station.. Rooms were all non AC」

「The hotel was beautiful, an old colonial atmosphere in a very comfortable setting, with great views of Kalimpong. Staff were very attentive and the Indian food in the restaurant was excellent. This was our second visit to the hotel, which we fully recommend and look forward to returning for future trips. 」

「Service, location, friendly accommodating staff made us feel like home. Kanchanjungha views from hotel view point.. outside some rooms, dining hall, outside reception.. everywhere. Gave some suggestions and feed back to the general manager who was very appreciative of the constructive feed back. Passion of the staff to serve customers is unparalleled and trickles down from the leadership of Debarya, who seems to talk about the resort like it's his baby. Doma in dining room, authentic Nepalese...
