ニースケ タトリの四つ星ホテル

「旧市街地観光で２泊した。市街から離れたスポーツリゾート宿泊施設だがhotels.comではエアコン付きとのことでタクシー代が嵩むが予約。しかしチェックイン時にもめた。「エアコンはスイートルームにしかないので予約シートにはエアコンありとは書いていない。基台の勘違いである云々」との言い分でしたが、小生の予約ページを見せたら「これはひどい間違いだ！」と絶句してました。ゲストに迷惑かけて申し訳ない。本日はスイート満室なので翌日ならば無償で部屋を替えますと申し出てくださいました。幸い猛暑が一段落し涼しくなったので安い部屋に留まりましたが猛暑が続いていたら熱中症になったかもしれません。なお旧市街までタクシー3ユーロ、駅まで4.2ユーロで余計な出費。 しかしテニスコートやプールなど楽しい宿です。スタッフは真面目。朝食は可もなく不可もなく並である。」

「What a truly beautiful Aparthotel Cristina is. Just a 2 minute walk from the main centre of Zakopane, but far enough to provide peace and quiet. For us, it was the perfect location. Our room was simply outstanding, with dramatic views out over the mountains. Incredibly romatic. 「The stay was enjoyable overall, good food and nice place, clean kids area, very beautiful surroundings. However, we had a few issues. Our room was full of insects. Very huge bugs which are spread around the whole area where the hotel is located were constantly appearing in the room. The water in the pool could be warmer, especially for the kids area. The hair dryer was not functioning, so we had to pick up a replacement in the reception. I would expect a room service for this at least. Some...

「Un magnifico hotel en plena montana. Habitacion muy agradable, excelente desayuno. Personal un poco distante. Cuidado con el acceso al hotel si tienes coche ya que es imposible aparcar y se debe dejar el vehiculo en el valle y coger un transporte del hotel pero el procedimiento es folklorico Cena buffet correcto.
