"We had such a lovely time here! We had requested a crib and they not only brought one and set it up really nicely, they also brought wipes and diapers and a diaper pail for us to use, which was all unexpected and so helpful. Our 15-month old slept really well in the crib. The room was very comfortable and we had everything we needed and the service was so thoughtful and nice at every turn. "Clean rooms, friendly and English speaking staff. Breakfast buffet included and has a large section of eastern and western food. Sometimes the buffet is crowded. It was really convenient that the airport bus stopped here and the train station is here as well."

"Staff was incredible. Very helpful and friendly. The location is beautiful but the decor a little outdated. The room was very smokey but ok once we opened the window to air it out. The food was EXCELLENT. The outdoor onsen was my fave. I would stay here again despite the smokey room - just make sure you request a non-smoking room!"
