"The City View Hotel was a safe and convenient place to stay while I was in Cairo. It is centrally located. The food, I thought was mediocre. There were a lot of packaged items for breakfast and the restaurant served meals that were adequate but the quality wasn’t that great. I think if the hotel wanted to improve it should revamp the entire kitchen in terms of what is available for breakfast and the quality of their food, in comparison to better restaurants and types of cooking. "I was staying zamalek the first 2 days in cairo and i needed a cheaper hotel that was a little closer to the airport so I picked this one. First of all. The staff was excellent we had a very friendly conversation about my time in egypt and they gave me fresh juice and a water bottle. "I really enjoyed my stay, I was treated exceptional and having airport transportation both ways was a major plus as I arrived at 3AM and departed at 2AM and this was included in my hotel reservation at no additional cost.
