"The staff was hospitable, they spoke english very well. It was positioned in a good area, as there were many options for dining, shopping and entertainment nearby. The room was basic, but I was out all day everyday and was just here to sleep and shower, so it didn’t matter much to me."

"We had a great stay in Roma Norte. Perfect location. Safe neighbourhood. Staff were lovely. Tons of food places, bars and shops! The rooms itself are lovely and modern! But the cleanliness of it can be much better. The floors in the whole room are filthy. Clearly they haven’t been mopped in a long time. "The hotel room was a good size, clean and is modern. However the walls are thin so can hear people in the hotel watch tv and listen to music. Was unable to work the casting system for the tv. The hotel is further away from all the tourist parts of the city however if you purchase a metro card you are good to go so worth the stay"
