"Not all rooms have a/c so I was surprised when it was adverstised as such and my room had a fan. It was early April so not too hot yet but during the daytime it sure was hot and stuffy. At night I opened the bathroom window. So, I would not stay here over summer or hot periods, in case the room assigned has zero aircon."

"Great property that is spotlessly maintained. David and the crew at reception were always available to help in anyway. Housekeeping was also quick to respond with anything we requested. Security at the front entrance gives you peace of mind. If you’re facing the street the noise is very apparent on Friday and Saturday nights but otherwise tolerable. "We had an absolutely amazing stay! Each staff member was super helpful and kind to us. The check-in & check-out procedure was super smooth and easy. We chose this hotel package because of a deal we had found and it ended up being our favorite! Super location, there are endless of restaurants in the area making it comfortable to walk back late at night. We were able to walk to Chapultepec, Reforma, La Condesa and La Roma. We will be back! 10/10"
