"Needs better beds not bunk beds mattress was comfortable. Elevator slow and not working properly "

"I was so happy when I arrived, great location, very clean and the ease and security was wonderful! Unfortunately during my stay the water heater died. One night I didn’t have hot water and the next morning I say them carrying the water heater out of the building. This was definitely distressing seeing as I was on a work trip. Despite the inconvenience I had a great stay and 747 lofts did make it right for me. "

"Suite was immaculate with impressive assortment of amenities including bowl of snacks & bag of ice in the freezer, nice shampoo/conditioner/body wash in shower, dish soap, tabs for dishwasher & laundry detergent for in-suite laundry, sound machine. Full size gas stove & fridge/freezer. They just need to figure out how to configure for a larger bed. "In the heart of wicker park neighborhood. Place was clean and nice. The host was very communicative making the check in and check out process easy. Would recommend for anybody seeking a super convenient experience in a great Chicago neighborhood "

"- instructions for check in and check out were not prompt. The day of check in I did not receive the instructions to check in until a little after the check in time. I was happy to be running behind in schedule (due to Uber wait time) because my friends and I would have been standing outside waiting for check in instructions.
