「Getting into the townhome was horrible . Code to open the gate was not working and also the key to get into the back door didn’t work. It took over an hour for someone to come let us into the unit. No Toilet paper, battery low in the firearm. Alarmed beeped all night. Sink in the basement bathroom was plugged up . 」

「Really nice place and the host was super helpful (he even answered when we called at almost 3 in the morning). It has almost every kitchen utensils except for a comal (us mexicans use it a lot lol) 」

Easy walk to blue line subway into downtown and one night walked back from the downtown. I thought the area surrounding was safe and had no concerns. Great stay!」

「Property was nice and clean, there are no elevators and unit is on 3rd floor so be prepared. Check-in/Check-out were super easy! They do communicate with you throughout trip, and respond very quickly to any questions. Location was prime for concert due to only being a 8min walk from the United Center. Maybe a 10min walk to the CTA Train, so very convenient there as well. My only recommendation is to maybe paint the unit, there is makings all over the walls. 「Great, big, open space in a very hot part of Chicago! We had a total of 7 adults all of whom were very comfortable. Great access to transportation, good restaurants in the area, and gracious hosts. Would definitely stay again if I find myself back in Chicago with a large group.」
