"Surprisingly I was given a huge room with 3 beds, kitchen and dining area so would be perfect for groups/family. I only stayed on my own so the room was too large for me, maybe the solo rooms became unavailable by the time I arrived but it was a wonderful stay. Very clean and modern, I would stay here again. "I like that I get to experience a nice Kyoto neighborhood. The service could be improved. I felt like the staffs were not friendly every time I said hi. They also turn off the AC in the middle of the might and even if it runs, it’s usually very light so I try to turn on the fan at the same time to avoid sweating. However, it’s hard to sleep due to the fan noises. "
