"We enjoyed the cleanliness, the employees, the Vault, and the proximity to downtown shops and restaurants. The things we think need improvement are- 1.) the little coffee condiments. Powdered creamer is not good and we always throw away the sugar and sweeteners. 2.) there was not an exhaust fan in the water closet Overall, we love staying at the Hotel on Phillips:) "

There was a layer of dust on the top of the TV as well as a very thick layer of dust on top of the curtain rod. One of the bathroom lightbulbs was also out, and the shower ran a bit funny.
