「House was as advertised 」

「Great place to stay! it was clean and had all we needed. Location was perfect for our weekend activities. Our host was easy to communicate with; checked in and made sure we had what we needed.」

「All good but never figured out how to get in garage 」

「Great home for large groups! Five bedrooms all with comfortable beds and spacious closets. (Three upstairs and two downstairs). Large living room and the basement is huge! All carpeted and 5 couches. Kitchen has nice appliances but lacks some basic kitchen essentials like bowls, baking ware, leftover containers, and a can opener. One bathroom with shower (handicap accessible) upstairs. Lots of storage space and a bazillion towels! Has onsite washer and dryer. We stayed in the winter, but...

「We enjoyed our stay. Lots of space for 4 people. All the amenities you would need. The sitting area is downstairs with a long dining table upstairs and another small work table near the kitchen which was nice. The backyard outdoor space looked fun but it was rainy the night we were there so we didn't get to enjoy that part. Would definitely stay again!」

「Our family gathered here for a weekend together. We had a blast playing games and catching up in this wonderful house. 」

「We had an amazing time at Lake Madison this weekend. The home is beautiful and equipped with everything and anything you would need. You have your own little beach and dock. It was perfect for our little family getaway.!」

「The house is in a good location close to downtown, Sanford Medical Center and the Premier Center. It is on a busy street, so it was nice to have off street parking in the back. The house was very clean and updated. We had an issue with the hot tub being ice cold and not working when we arrived, but the host was quick to rectify that so we could enjoy it in the morning. 」

「Really enjoyed our stay in your home! In town for our son's soccer tournament for an extended weekend your place was just minutes away from the field! Very clean and nicely decorated with a lot of room for everyone so really made it feel like home. Owner was very responsive and answered all our questions. Would definitely recommend as a great place to stay while in South Dakota. Thanks again! 」
