The variety of dining and shot options also make us want to stay here and it is not as chaotic as in Tokyo city centre or Shinjuku. "Location of this wonderful western style hotel, adjacent Yamashita park and short walk to China Town, was a bonus. The real pleasure, and why I'll be back, were the plushly appointed room -- with a long, deep bath!! -- and the personable, professional staff. Concierge went out of her way to promptly arrange parking and luggage storage tho we arrived hours early plus dinner reservations nearby. Monte Cristo breakfast (ham, cheese melt) was clincher. "We liked how affordable it was, how many dining options there were in walking distance, and how close it was to transit. The only think I would complain about was the bathroom did not have any ventilation/fan so it got very humid quickly after a shower, but the positives WAY overshadow the complaint.
