「Very close to convenient transport. Apartment very clean and nicely furnished. Good variety of restaurants nearby, also close to brunswick baths. Need to set up room key remotely on your phone before arrival and (because tv not directly connected to the internet) also need own device to connect to netflix. We managed but took time to figure out.」

「Great location, great views, great communication. What lacked was quality furniture - everything was budget furniture, and mismatched towels of poor quality. The sofa was broken upon arrival which took two days to repair, multiple emails back and forth and two visits from a repairer eating time into our trip that we shouldn’t have spent to manage the issue. 「11 night stay in a 2 bedroom apartment. Apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. Beds super comfortable. LOVED the convenience of Eastland Shopping Centre being across the road. 「The townhouse was spacious and clean, well positioned for our needs (lots of driving to various stadiums for basketball). The host, Wayne, was very friendly and knowledgeable. Plenty of amenities to make our 4 night stay very comfortable (the children loved the hot chocolate and tv channels!). Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Coat hangers and cupboards for unpacking our suitcases helped us to feel settled in. Thank you for a lovely stay! Highly recommend :)」

「Beautiful surroundings, very comfortable and quiet stay with secure parking, and so much to do. Our grandchildren were kept busy all day with swimming, playing bocce, long walks, and barbecues. It is also in an excellent location to be close to the city. It is a wonderful place for all the family and our little dog.」

「ワイナリーに隣接するコテージです。チェックインはワイナリーのテイスティングルームでしました。鍵は暗証番号で解錠するかたちでしたので、説明時近くの人に聞こえていて大丈夫かなと少し心配になりました。部屋には当ワイナリーのワインが一本無料でついていたのは良かったです。当ワイナリーにレストランがあり、夕食を食べましたが、スープ、トリュフのリゾットなどとても美味しかったです。二泊しましたが、車で五分くらいのところにスーパーが二つあり、買い出しなどにも便利でした。」

"I had a fantastic stay at QT Melbourne! The front desk staff were cheerful and efficient, making check-in a breeze. The room service was equally impressive—delivered quickly, with staff who were both friendly and professional. The food itself was not only fast but absolutely delicious! The portions were generous, yet so tasty that I couldn’t resist finishing everything. The hotel’s design is another highlight. It’s infused with modern art throughout, with playful touches and creative details that made exploring the space enjoyable. Every corner seemed to have something unique to discover. I’d definitely love to stay here again!"

"スタッフは親切。チェックイン前に荷物を預かってくださったスタッフの方はよく気配りができていて感じが良ったです。また、私が不注意で朝食の時ミルクを溢した時もレストランのスタッフの方、嫌な顔をも見せず、綺麗に片付けてくださりありがとうございました。感謝します。部屋は広く清潔。ホテルの立地は、交通はトラムの駅が近く至便。中華街に近く、スーパーも数軒先にあり、食には困らない。着いた日レストランのトイレに入ったら、鍵が中から開けられなくなった時には困惑しました。部屋のタオルが一種類足りない日があったり、使ったバスタオルが回収されなかった日があったところは改善すべき点でしょう。"
