To complete your booking process and get your Guest Access information you will be connected with Enso Connect Guest Experience app. Once you have completed your verification process you will receive your Enso "Boarding Pass" with your Guest Access information.
The Enso Connect guest verification process will require:
* Signing of rental agreement
* ID and selfie uploads
Guests will have exclusive access to each of the 6 homes and attached garages. This is a self check in property. Please read the check in instructions closely before arriving.
Entire Condos + private garages & driveway (4 vehicles at each condo). Self-check-in with clear instructions + coded key lock + ring doorbell.

This unit is steps from East Arm Grand Traverse Bay, perfect for enjoying the scenic shoreline and breathtaking sunsets. Nearby, True Blue charters offer fishing excursions. Traverse City’s popular pizzeria, "That's A Pizza," is just a short drive away, with downtown dining also close by.
For entertainment, Turtle Creek Casino is nearby, and Grand Traverse Resort and Spa offers golfing and relaxation. Grocery shopping is convenient with Meijer just around the corner, or use DoorDash or Instacart for delivery to your doorstep.

Getting Around:
With Traverse City located nearby, most residents and visitors will need to rely on their own transportation to get around. There are taxi services available: Up North Taxi Grand Traverse Rides. Uber, Lyft & Turo. You can rent an electric bicycle as well at Riding Electric.

• Local residents, kindly obtain prior authorization before booking to maintain property integrity and ensure safety.
Safety & Verification
• All guests must sign a rental agreement and complete the Enso Connect verification process, including ID and selfie uploads.
• Receive an online boarding pass with access instructions for added convenience.
Property Guidelines:
• For properties with grills and fire pits, guests are responsible for the propane tank. Firewood is not provided.
• Limited exceptions for non-shedding, non-aggressive dog breeds (fees and photo required). Potty-trained dogs under 30 pounds allowed.
• A non-refundable damage waiver is included in your total cost as it covers more than just minor wear and tear. For reservations longer than 30 nights, a refundable security deposit will also be required. Please note that this does not apply to Airbnb reservation.

Enjoy a complimentary starter kit of guest supplies, including coffee, dishwasher pods, trash bags, paper towels, and toilet paper. Additional supplies are the guests responsibility.
• For cancellations, please check the cancellation policy on your booking platform. Please note that even if you are eligible for a full refund, a 4% credit card processing fee will be deducted. This policy does not apply to Airbnb reservations.
• Pet Policy: This is a pet-friendly room! Please keep the following things in mind: Pet fees apply: $20 per night, $100 per week, or $250 per month. A photo of the pet is required prior to booking. Pets must be potty-trained dogs. We prefer dogs under 50 lbs but can be flexible, reach out to us for exceptions. Please clean up after your pet indoors and outdoors (hair, waste, etc.). Keep your dog on a leash in common areas, some guests may not love pets as much as we do! Violating these rules may result in eviction without a refund.
