Stunning views and amenities - Lovely, just lovely
Excellent communicator! All set up and check in/out was emailed and texted. Condo beautifully decorated and lovely patio to take in the STUNNING views of the lake/waterfall/flowers. This has been my favorite property since our family has been visiting the TC area. We will be back!

Great long weekend!
Great space for a couple or small family. The condo was equipped with basic amenities and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the close access the the beach.

This was property was not clean at all.
Terrible experience from early time of early check in. Property was not clean upon arrival, I left for 3 hours and upon returning property was stil not cleaned. At this point I took it upon myself and cleaned facility as well as purchased clean towels, bed sheets, etc. Eventually house keeping arrived however property had been cleaned by myself. Disappointing news was that housecleaning said she never received notification of the uncleaned property til late afternoon, sooo, that said I would assume a communication problem with property management and housecleaning.

Great Place!!
The unit was very clean and cozy. About the most comfortable bed I can remember sleeping in!!!!! The unit had a washer and dryer to boot. Loved it!

Nice alternative to hotel, good value
Great home base for 5 days of exploring Sleeping Bear and Traverse City area. Close to grocery store, good access to main roads, lovely patio and access to small lakefront beach, very comfy bed. Note: If you are planning to cook a lot of meals, would recommend checking out the kitchen set up before getting groceries (no oven, just two-burner cooktop) - for two adults, the set up was more than adequate for our breakfasts and some dinners.

Cozy and comfortable
It was a cute little place and having a deck with a view was a huge bonus. The only downfall is that they didn’t specify to bring anything other than beach towels and I had to search high and low for the one and only toilet paper roll they had there. So as a heads up, bring all the necessities you’ll need because they don’t house them in the condo! It was still a great place. We always stay there and will definitely return to the shores again!

Perfect Location
The Shores and our specific condo were the perfect location for our stay. We were in town filming a documentary about a local Traverse City resident and were very happy after a long day of filming to come back to the condo and relax and refresh. Very happy with our stay.

Comfy Lakeside Condo at the Shores
Renting the condo at the shores gave me and my wife the opportunity to enjoy the many interesting nearby locations within the area. We found the condo to be well equipped for a couple. The bed was wonderful. Kitchen was well equipped. We looked forward to using the Hot Tub however it and the pool were closed for the season (Mid September), The rental information did not mention that the pool/ Horus would be closed. Overall very nice condo and location. Shower plumbing could use a bit of fixing. Would also suggest that information related to when the condo address and the entrance code will be released could be stated after booking. Thanks for sharing an awesome place to relax.

Excellent!!!
Amazing place to stay, clean, it has everything to make your stay enjoyable. Beautiful beach sandy area, walking distance. Our little one had a blast. We 100% recommend this place to stay, we wished we could have stayed longer. The only complain was with the neighbor above us. He had the music pretty laud every night, dumped sand over us (couple times) when we were seating outside and he didn't apologize.
