"Property was adequate for my overnight transit. 3mins or so drive from the airport. Wifi connection was good, A/C in the room, I felt safe and I had a quite pleasant restful night sleep. Owner was there to check me in and kindly arranged my airport taxi for me the following morning. I would stay there again for transit stay."

"Hidden Gem is a perfect place to relax and just hang by the pool, or recline on the deck facing the ocean. It is not a place where you can step out the door and be on the beach or at a restaurant. If you have a car, Miami Beach is 5 minutes away. We went to Oistens (5 min by car) on a Thursday night and really enjoyed our fish dinner. (The guide books make it sound like it is only on Fridays. Couldn’t get more Oceanside big great pool and pool side area perfect and steel drums and other music perfect volume and selection …room spacious super comfortable and ALL staff was fabulous made me feel pampered special and like family they care! "As previous reviews have stated, the Hotel is tired and in need of an update. The staff were friendly and the room cleaned with fresh towels daily. The location for the beach perfect. The food in the restaurant was very good however there was no atmosphere and not many customers probably due to the attitude of the waiting staff. We would stay here again. "
