Renovated with relaxation and rejuvenation in mind, the interior of Mad River SpaCasa is enveloped in sunshine and decorated with a French farmhouse aesthetic. With ample room to spread out, rest assured that you'll feel at peace from the moment you walk in the door. The pleasant living room not only boasts a wood stove but also comfortable seating and lush greenery. Adjacent to here, the well-equipped kitchen positively gleams with its updated appliances and soapstone countertops. When you aren't preparing home-cooked meals here, step outside the kitchen's French doors to grill on the covered deck. A second grill is available on the larger south-western deck.

Full and content, stretch out and enjoy the zen room's ample natural lighting, TV, and exercise equipment. Or, tune into a creative project in the private den where books, games, and a unique Vibration Plate system await.

The farmhouse's primary bathroom features marvelous amenities like a jacuzzi tub, foot bath, and steam shower. In the primary suite, you'll find a decorative fireplace, massage chair, a Tempur-Pedic bed, and private deck access. With high-quality linens, warm wood finishes, and partial air-conditioning in each room, everyone's comfort is guaranteed.

Things to Know
Check-in time: 4:00 PM.
Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
The wood-burning fireplace is not for guest use, but the wood stove is available for guest use.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Security camera details: There are security cameras on the outside of the house and on the barn.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
