「We stayed in the island lodge. The lodge itself is very nice, only downpoint of the actual lodge is lack of storage space in the kitchen. My biggest complaints about this place were 1. When making the booking it NEVER mentioned that the only way to access your lodge is via a small rowing boat. I kid you not. I was with a family of 5, and none of us had ever rowed a boat a day in our lives. Had i known this upfront i would never have booked this lodge. THIS ROOM IS NOT SUITABLE FOR ANYONE WITH...

「Der Wohnwagen steht auf dem Gelände einer Jugendsegelschule. Er ist geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Allerdings ohne Kochgelegenheit, ausser einem Wasserkocher. Die Größe ist max. Für 2.5 Personen angenehm. 20 m entfernt ist ein Badesteg, an dem noch weitere Wohnwagen stehen. Unweit ist auch ein Sperrmüllplatz vom Jugendlager. Boote und Fahrräder konnten wir bei den sehr freundlichen Mitarbeitern im Hafenbüro ausleihen. Ein hübsches Restaurant ist auch auf dem Gelände. Wer mit Campinggewohnheiten...

「The property is good, well maintained and in great condition. Furniture is new and adequate to a rental. Location is perfect. The only downside is that the kitchenware should be more complete in terms of itens offered, and the bedware also is not appropriate - including bed linen (it was not a linen kit but a duvet cover used as a sheet, which did not covered the whole bed futon).」

「Aufenthalt war sehr gut Es fehlen im Bad Ablageflächen und Haken für die Handtücher. Im Anbau 3 Schlafzimmer ebenso und dort Gab es keine Toiletten Bürste und kein Halter für Toilettenpapier. Sonst war alles super.」

「Die Unterkunft ist sehr gepflegt und gemütlich eingerichtet. Sie befindet sich direkt an einen See und von hier auslassen sich schnell die umliegenden Städte Amsterdam, Rotterdam und Den Haag erreichen. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und konnten uns bei jeglichen Fragen weiterhelfen. Preis/ Leistungsverhältnis ist bei dieser Unterkunft unschlagbar.」

「Ying Yi und Gijs sind sehr nette und sympathische Gastgeber, die ihren Gästen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stehen. Wir haben uns von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein Blumenstrauß und der Wein auf dem Tisch haben uns das Gefühl gegeben herzlich willkommen zu sein. De Duif liegt wie beschrieben. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse und vom Küchentisch ist fantastisch. Ideal für Angler. Mit der Bahn erreicht man ganz entspannt Amsterdamm, Utrecht usw. Diese Städte sind ein Besuch...

「ユトレヒト駅を見下ろせる良い立地で東側に位置することでミッフィー美術館などへ向かうバスに乗りやすいのも利点でした。最上階のSPAのプールを利用可能で、夕方と早朝に娘と楽しませてもらいました。水着は近くのショッピングモールに売っていました。」

「仕事で周辺にあるホテルがここだけだったので滞在。すぐ近くにバス停があるのでユトレヒト駅からは比較的アクセスは楽です。良い所部屋自体は綺麗で、浴槽とシャワーボックス、冷蔵庫(ミニバー)もあり快適です。悪い所受付で料金をhotelsで支払っているのに当日払いだと言われ、間違えられる。なんとか説明して調べてもらい確認してもらったが、二重払いになる所だった。高速道路やハイウェイ沿いにあるので周辺に何もない。徒歩で25分くらいの所にスーパーとマクドナルドがあるが、歩道がないので道路脇を歩くか道路脇の芝生の道(デコボコしている)を歩くしかない。部屋の火災報知機が相当敏感らしく、ドアを開けてお風呂を入れていたら湯気が充満していたわけでも、結構なゆげがでていたわけでもないのにすぐ警報が鳴った。綺麗なホテルではあるけど少し残念。」

"とても綺麗で新しさを感じるホテルです。ユトレヒトセントラル駅から徒歩５分ぐらいでモールの中からアクセスできるので雨に濡れる事もなく、治安も良く、食事やスーパーにも困らない大変便利ホテルでした。アムステルダムのホテルはどこも高いのでユトレヒトにあるこちらのホテルはコスパも良くお勧めです。洗面も明るくとても清潔で、シャワーはガラス張りの個室になっていて、外にお湯を飛ばしてしまう事もなくとても使いやすかったです。（シャワーカーテンが苦手なので助かりました＾＾）ホテルのスタッフの方も笑顔で丁寧で親切にしていただきました。オランダ旅行する友人がいたらおすすめしたいホテルです。"

"トイレの水が止まらなくなり、夜中だったがしばらくしてスタッフが見に来てくれた。その時はそれで収まったが、結局その後も同じ症状が見られたので、スタッフがした対応と同じことをその場ですることになった。修理が必要とチェックアウト時に伝えたところ、真摯に受け止めてくれた。スタッフは親切だった。"

受付の対応がとっても適当です

"また、部屋にsafety boxがないので、受付にありますか？と聞いたところ、受付で預かってくれました。これもチェックアウト時に確認しましたら、何を言ってるのかわからない、と上記受付に言われて、顔面蒼白になりました。上司に電話をしていましたが、その上司もわからないようでした。仕方がないのでフロントに入れてもらい捜索して、自分で何とか見つけることができました。こういう大切なことはきちんと従業員同士で引き継ぐべきだと思います。また、フロントで傘を借りました。借りた際に、デポジットとして10ユーロが必要だが、傘を返せばその10ユーロは不要です、と説明されました。しかしチェックアウト時の受付が、これはサービスチャージだから払え、デポジットなど意味がわからない、と強硬な態度を示しました。これについては、上司に連絡をすることもありませんでした。飛行機の時間の関係で諦めました。なお、部屋は物凄く狭かったです。また、冷蔵庫がありませんでした。バスタブもありませんでした。机がなくて仕事ができませんでした。他の方もそうだったようで中庭で仕事をされていましたが、雨がよく降りますので、ちょっと厳しい感じでした。部屋の掃除は綺麗でした。チップは不要でした。 "
