The location is great — steps from L’Arena — and the room overall was nice. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. We were initially worried about the noise level coming from the 3rd floor above us, but it improved. Our biggest complaint was the lack of communication before arrival. We emailed about parking almost a week prior, but got no response. On the day of arrival, we called at least 10 times, and no one answered the phone. This caused us to have to repark our car, which was a hassle, as it was a very hot day in Verona. When we asked about the failure to communicate, the lady at the desk told us the phone calls go to the Ristorante Ippopatamo (where the complimentary breakfast is served), and apparently no one answered. I guess they don’t check email, either. But, all-in-all, it was fine for the price we paid.
