"Very nice hotel right next to Osaka station. We spent 4 nights here. The room was massive by Japanese standards and we were very comfortable. The bed and comforter was especially nice, which meant solid sleep. Word of advice if going to the hotel from Osaka Station, exit via the South Central Exit (first find Central Exit, then choose the South side)… we spent a long time lost in Osaka Station on our first time trying to walk to the hotel. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Hotel is clean and beds are comfortable. The room was very quiet. Despite being a very large hotel, we never felt it to be overwhelming. Great to be near all trains! We were grateful we stayed at this hotel vs elsewhere in the city. So much to explore in Osaka and so nice to return to Umeda and enjoy the multitude of restaurants and shops at the end of the day!"

"Lobby is on the 29th floor so the view was gorgeous from our room. Amenities were fantastic and loved the size and layout of our room (2 queen bedroom). Personally found the pillows too soft but had no issues calling down for extra pillows which were brought to us very quickly."

"It was raining when we got to the hotel, and I was immediately offered a towel to help dry off. The staff spoke English well enough to understand what I was saying without any difficulty. The room was spacious, clean, quiet, and had all the amenities that we needed. Only a 10 minute walk to Sannomiya Station made seeing the town a breeze. Also Kobe beef was amazing, highly recommend it."

"The location was very convenient to shopping, dining and the waterfront. I felt like I'm never more than a few minutes of where I want to go by simply walking. Rooms are nice and staff are exceptional. On certain hours, guests can use their cafeteria for free coffee and tea. Would recommend."

"So close to Universal! Loved that walking out of hotel turning right put you at City walk and could pretty much see Universal. From our room we couls see Harry Castle and a bit of Mario Land. Breakfast buffet was awesome and kids loved it. "

"This was the first time for us to stay at Centara, but will not be the last. Our family of four chose a family room and it was perfect with the bunkbeds and the king size bed, and the complete design of the room so thoughtful. The staff and the breakfast buffet were very memorable. Thank you for celebrating our 25th anniversary with us as well!"
