「Overall, my stay at the Sheraton Brookhollow was good. The staff was friendly and check-in was smooth. My room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the hotel was in a convenient location. That said, a few things could have been better. Some areas of the hotel feel a little outdated, and I noticed minor maintenance issues that could use attention. Also, the noise level was a bit higher than expected at times. Still, it was a solid stay, and I’d consider coming back if I’m in the area again!」

「The room was large and nice. The bathtub was dirty. Refrigerator installation location was bad, hard to open and hard to close. The space for breakfast was small and very crowded so we had to eat in our room. There was only one waffle machine and it was broken. The replenishment of breakfast was delayed and the number of items was small. We used laundry room, but were not cleaned. Reception staff were friendly.」

「I truly enjoyed almost every aspect of my stay: daily room refresh, coffee machine, fridge and microwave in the room, ample parking. My only complaints are that the ice machine on the 4th floor was broken all week and that they block FireStick MAC addresses.」
