"I used to book on Bestwestern because I love their very heartwarming welcome and staffs are really helpful but this Bestwestern got me disappointed. First, we weren’t greeted welcome when we arrived at the lobby. The guy who helped us didn’t even have any information about the WiFi, breakfast etc. he just ask for my ID and credit card then hand us the card keys and told us our room number. "What an excellent stay. Accommodations were better than expected. Gotta say the showers were disappointing. We were expecting a 1 bedroom suite. Scored a 2 bedroom suite. Excellent harbor views. We felt first class. I choose the wrong dates by 1 day, the correction was made with no issues. We want to go back."

"Beautiful place, great view inside a golf course. Staff (recepcion & restaurant) not so friendly. I was surprised to see such a big restaurant with a great view, but with a very poor menu selection, small portions, not so great staff nor fast service and with extremely high prices. If you are in the area, staying there, because of its location and beauty, it is really worthed. "

"This day wasn't bad except they tried to make us stay an extra day to get our clothes out and they kicked us out of the room before the actual check out time was which was 11:00 they're trying to get us out by 10:00 they're not $20 off our deposit which I was okay with that and that's why I gave him a better meeting the only drawback was that they tried to kick us out early"
