"We had a great time and the house was beautiful. It had plenty of room for the family and amazing views. A 5 min drive to Mt. Abram and a 10 min drive to Bethel/Sunday River, the house is conveniently located. My only suggestion would be to bring awd vehicles if going in the winter as the road and the driveway are tough in the snow without awd. Other than that our trip was perfect and the communication from the owners superb. We would definitely rent here again! W"

"We really had a great week in the house. Large enough for 10 to spread out and all the amenities we could want for a stay. this is the first house we've rented that had enough pans, tools and sharp knifes to cook whatever we wanted.The views of the pond and Mt. Abrams are wonderful. especially from the hot tubOur only negative was the house is on the main road and can be a little loud in the early mornings, the locals begin the workday at 6.We would most definitely return for another family vacation.Brian M."

"The house is beautiful. Everything is in perfect condition and is exceptionally clean. All the post-ski joys are here, including cozy gas fireplace, pristine hot tub, and perfect mix of games in the game room. The kitchen is well-stocked, the beds are dreamy--this place has it all. We loved our stay and can't wait to come back!"

"The house was a wonderful space for our family to get together with 7 adults and 3 kids, there was room for a few more if we had wanted! We loved the living room for game time and the connected kitchen and dining area worked well to keep everyone together at meal time. The bedrooms were well laid out and the kitchen had everything we needed to prep. We did rent a pontoon boat from Norway Marina for 3 days during our stay to tour the lake. My only comment relative to the listing description is that there are several steps, albeit relatively shallow, to get from the house down to the water, and there are essentially 2 water areas. 1 with the dock and floating dock, and a second beachy area down a small path from the fire pit. The views from the house are somewhat limited as it is nestled in among the trees, so you can't really see the waterfront from the house but it was very quiet and really enjoyable inside the house. We'd definitely go back for other family outings. "
