"The house was a wonderful space for our family to get together with 7 adults and 3 kids, there was room for a few more if we had wanted! We loved the living room for game time and the connected kitchen and dining area worked well to keep everyone together at meal time. The bedrooms were well laid out and the kitchen had everything we needed to prep. We did rent a pontoon boat from Norway Marina for 3 days during our stay to tour the lake. My only comment relative to the listing...

"We had 4 families stay and had plenty of space. The game room downstairs and the bunk bed room was nice for a kids’ space. Ample room upstairs and in the kitchen for social space. We all enjoyed the stay. "

"We just spent the Thanksgiving break at the Birch Lane property and it was a perfect get-away. My family loved all the entertainment accessories from the full sized indoor pool and hot tub to the movie theater, sauna and game room with air hockey and pool table. We had a great time, especially the kids, and look forward to going back again!"

"We celebrated my fathers 90th over a gorgeous September weekend. The number of beds and rooms was perfect. The beds are comfortable which is a must at a rental. The fire pit out front was wonderful and we appreciated that the wood was included. The lake is gorgeous! Such an easy walk. Loved the kayaks. Our only suggestion would be to upgrade the array of kitchen equipment. Having 2 fridges and dishwashers was great. But the array of pots and pans was challenging. Thankfully we were mostly...

"Everything was as advertised. Hot tub was great. We opened it up it said 100 degrees. When we got out 40 minutes later, it was still at 100. Skied Sunday River two days. Used our YouTube TV to watch football. "

One of the big ones was having to park meters away from our actual site, which made the process of it all a little more tedious. The grounds weren't well groomed and the house itself had mouse droppings in the top corners and ants all over the place. "This was my 4th year there And it always feels like coming home. Highly recommend these host and their home. "

"We were a a group of 7 riders from NJ and the house was beautiful, comfy and very clean. While 90% of the time was spent riding, getting home to this place made it all the more special. Near 2 breweries ( 5 min away ) and with lots of privacy and amenities ( hot tub was awesome ), I def recommend and will save this place for future visits ! Thank you ! "

"Justin’s directions to the property are SPOT ON. It is very easy to get to using the description. The tipi was wonderful! The site was a good size and the access to the trails nearby were a bonus.
