"Check in clerk was rude and very condescending. Not sure of their name, no name tag. I got charged for two rooms and then was treated poorly by the clerk when I questioned it. I have stayed several times and never been charged for the first night before I even checked in. The front desk clerk Mackenzie was amazing, sweet and friendly Saturday morning when I went to questions all the charges again because the first clerk was not helpful.
