"Booked on the day check in was easy but parking was expensive and they oversold it. We went to the NRL match at CBUS had a park before we left and none when we returned. They created one outside but that means we paid $25 for secure undercover parking and ended up unsecured and outdoor so could’ve just parked on the street for free. Other than that all good. "

"Love this place, from fantastic staff that greet you when you first arrive to the great food at both the teppanyaki and breakfast restaurants the food is spectacular and as we were celebrating my partners birthday the staff had organised a beautiful wine and dessert in our room on check in, it is these small gestures that will keep us coming back. thank you to all the staff and personnel at the resort. it was a wonderful experience as always staying here. all the amenities and activities such...

"Hotel was very convenient to Surfer’s Paradisde Esplanade, beach, markets and restaurants. We only stayed one night but we were overall satisfied with the room and furnishings. The patio was not accessible, not sure if that was due to the tropical storm. The bathroom has a vent open to the outside, which made the bathroom hot and noisy. Otherwise, it was good for a short visit."
