We love staying at the Hilton in GC. It’s always our stay of choice when visiting. So close to everything. So cosy. Rooms are always clean. Staff friendly (even when you leave behind your ID and cause issues with check in). Staff were great. Thank you for being accommodating. We stayed 4 days in there and my daughter did not stop vomiting because of the smell of the carpet. On multiple occasions I have complained to front desk and nothing was done. A week later of us leaving the premises, she is still unwell After our stay, I was told we are good to go and the security deposit will be released. Few hours later I received an email demanding I pay $116 for steam cleaning the carpet.

We had an excellent stay at the Hilton Gold Coast. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The housekeeping team was exceptional, and the breakfast was outstanding. The hotel's location was also perfect, adding to the convenience. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. The only downside to the hotel location is that it can get noisy during weekends.
