"I was at the. Celtic Manor Resort for one night, a Friday before Easter. What a lovely stay, room with a view out over the city and onto the Severn Estuary. A really clean, spacious room with a walk in shower and bath, comfy beds and really quiet. I used the swimming pool, which is a lovely size and has a couple of Saunas and steam rooms, again really clean. Staff were lovely, everywhere I went and so helpful. Breakfast was busy but so much food and again clean and efficient. A lovely stay...

"Lovely stay, staff really friendly. We used the pool and jucuzzi which was lovely. Check in and check out was really easy. Singing was brilliant, great addition after an evening meal "

"This is quite an old establishment, probably a former coaching inn. As such, it is a little old-fashioned, in need of some modernisation, but I feel that this is reflected in the price, which was very good value and included a very nice breakfast."

"The Royal is within easy walking distance of the train statio, the Cardiff Castle, Cardiff Museum, Stadium, several arcades, and a wide variety of good restaurants. Our room was very nice with wood floors. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was well organized with a really lovely spacious bath/shower. We appreciated the free early baggage storage prior to check-in. Finally, the staff were very polite and helpful. "

Modern hotel with a good atmosphere

"We enjoyed our stay at Novo hotel Cardiff it was a modern hotel with a good atmosphere,check in was easy, our room was spotless, the food very good and the staff work very hard and are very friendly, the hotel is well situated for the city centre and Cardiff didn't,t disappoint it.was great!"
