「The local was perfect. Was able to walk to several brew pubs. Parking was off site but was available at all hours. The balcony was perfect for sitting out a having cocktails looking over the river and park. Will be staying here again.」

「We enjoyed our stay in Tahoe. The unit was clean and well appointed. It was small. The bed was in an alcove of sorts - not really a room. It is a good size for a couple, more than that would be pretty crowded. The complex it is in was very quiet. 」

「Loved this little apartment above the garage. Private, cozy, warm & inviting. Close to town & skiing. 」

「Decided to test out ski hills in Tahoe and this was a perfect spot. Close to all ski hills and the kitchen was perfect for us to cook at home. Hot tub right out front of unit was great.」

「Cons: Bottom of plates were still dirty when I checked in - had to rewash. Floor had bits and crumbs, blinds were super dusty and so was the AC unit. Can hear every door open and every footstep taken in the hallway.Pros: Folks in the building were friendly, laundry looks great, wasn’t far from gas stations and stores. Parking was easy, communication with the host was even easier.」

「The location is ideal for using town amenities, very peaceful. Easy access to unit with back stairs and conveniently near to garage. Happy the owners provided fans to cool the unit during the heat wave, made the experience comfortable. Would be nice if the carpet was removed from the unit. Showing age and not best choice for a rental. Windows also need some maintenance, hard to operate for ventilation. Over all a nice experience and would stay again.」
