「Great property, spacious, and responsive property management. We were not able to light fireplace due to a faulty hand held lighter. Contacted property management and text us within minutes. Had maintenance drop off a lighter while we were skiing.... Perfect? 」

「If you are looking for posh, this isn’t it. If you want an exceptionally clean, reasonably priced cottage, this IS the place. Fantastic, quiet neighborhood Felt very safe.Owner is exceedingly gracious and available if you have needs. 」

「Booked in a day prior when my original resy fell through. Good clear prompt communication with the host and all instructions timely and clear. This is a 2BR one floor apartment-like unit on the SE corner of a larger building with a nice view of the Truckee River valley. No road noise. Sunny south facing window. Interior very clean. Good internet signal. Comes with dedicated covered parking for 1 vehicle. Easy ride to I-80.」

「We enjoyed our stay in Tahoe. The unit was clean and well appointed. It was small. The bed was in an alcove of sorts - not really a room. It is a good size for a couple, more than that would be pretty crowded. The complex it is in was very quiet. 」

「Our stay in the house of the sun was incredible, we loved the area , plenty of restaurants nearby, the apartment is in a nice safe neighborhood and it’s 30 minutes to Mount Rose for skiing, the building itself is so cool. The beds were lovely and comfortable, the house has everything you need for a stay, it’s a perfect location for a party of three or four, our nephew came in from out of town and we decided to bring him skiing ,it fit our needs absolutely perfectly, the host...

「Decided to test out ski hills in Tahoe and this was a perfect spot. Close to all ski hills and the kitchen was perfect for us to cook at home. Hot tub right out front of unit was great.」

「Cons: Bottom of plates were still dirty when I checked in - had to rewash. Floor had bits and crumbs, blinds were super dusty and so was the AC unit. Can hear every door open and every footstep taken in the hallway.Pros: Folks in the building were friendly, laundry looks great, wasn’t far from gas stations and stores. Parking was easy, communication with the host was even easier.」
