「The place exceeded my and my family's expectations, a very cozy place, clean, tidy, with all the comforts. We felt at home. We would return. Teresa was an excellent host, she left us a welcome letter, a property manual, suggestions for restaurants and activities nearby, a very quiet neighborhood. I only recommend putting salt on the entrance stairs to prevent snow accumulation and avoid an accident. For everything else. Wonderful experience」

「Everything was good! Could use a better mattress on the pull out bed my son ended up just sleeping on the couch. Same with the bedroom mattress very springing. Other then that great」

「Our stay in the house of the sun was incredible, we loved the area , plenty of restaurants nearby, the apartment is in a nice safe neighborhood and it’s 30 minutes to Mount Rose for skiing, the building itself is so cool. I love the views. The beds were lovely and comfortable, the house has everything you need for a stay, it’s a perfect location for a party of three or four, our nephew came in from out of town and we decided to bring him skiing ,it fit our needs absolutely perfectly, the host...

「We enjoyed our stay in Tahoe. The unit was clean and well appointed. It was small. The bed was in an alcove of sorts - not really a room. It is a good size for a couple, more than that would be pretty crowded. The complex it is in was very quiet. 」

「Decided to test out ski hills in Tahoe and this was a perfect spot. Close to all ski hills and the kitchen was perfect for us to cook at home. Hot tub right out front of unit was great.」

「Cons: Bottom of plates were still dirty when I checked in - had to rewash. Floor had bits and crumbs, blinds were super dusty and so was the AC unit. Can hear every door open and every footstep taken in the hallway.Pros: Folks in the building were friendly, laundry looks great, wasn’t far from gas stations and stores. Parking was easy, communication with the host was even easier.」

「The local was perfect. Was able to walk to several brew pubs. Parking was off site but was available at all hours. The balcony was perfect for sitting out a having cocktails looking over the river and park. Will be staying here again.」
