「I booked a 1 bedroom apartment . It was supposed to have 2 beds in the living room aside from the main bedroom. I was given a small studio . It was communicated I would have 5 adults and 1 child. 4 of us had to sleep on the hard floor with no accommodations, we had a pregnant woman and a disabled child sleeping on the floor. The manager was very rude she looked irritated with me because I was asking for solutions and she did nothing to help. No refund was given. Location is amazing right behind...

「We found a place very clean and quiet away from the busy strip! It was a good walking distance during the day no problem, but we had to take an Uber to reach our nightly destinations. There’s a cute little convenience store inside the second tower that stays open pretty late should you need some snacks or water. If you’re looking for a party hotel that is not the place, but being four girls in our 20s we were able to party and Uber our way back very easily. I would highly recommend.」

Offered absolutely no value to the property or the owners. I highly recommend the OWNERS to reconsider their Management Service. I highly recommend PALM PLACE to band them in your bulding. 「Staying at the MGM signature private suites was an awesome place with a peek view of the sphere and direct access to the MGM Grand made this a perfect location. Flawless room and amenities enjoyed the full kitchen and the two baths were a plus for us. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again when visiting Vegas.」

「2024年12月30日から三泊　キッチン付きツーベッドルームを3部屋コネクティングルームにて家族4人で利用しました。 部屋はとても広く大満足です　 キッチンも調理道具、食器、塩胡椒などもそろってました。またバスルームはジャグジー、シャワールームにはスチームがあり、スチームがとても良かった。 お部屋には大満足です ただ中心にてカウントダウン後、ホテルへ戻るのがとても大変でした。 ミチは封鎖されていたので30分程歩きUberタクシーもつながらず。 やっと迎えに来てもらい、15分ほどを40ドルでホテルへ。その時はさすがに中心から徒歩圏内だといいなぁと思いました。 その時は、やはり中心のホテルの方が」

「立地に関しては、レンタカーを借りての移動が中心であれば問題ないです。チャイナタウンやスーパーが近隣にあり、渋滞に巻き込まれずに移動ができるのがとても良いです。また駐車場はフリーでホテルのフロントを出てすぐなのも個人的には良い点の1つです。ストリップから少し離れているので、プールも部屋でもゆっくり静かに過ごすことができ、大変良かったです。部屋の広さは画像や動画で見るより広く、バスルームがシャワーとバスタブとでセパレートになっていないのも気に入りました。」
