Luxury, class and style is what you will find in this gorgeous Lake Tahoe lodge. This 5 bedroom home is an upscale way to enjoy Tahoe complete with sprawling mountain views, air conditioning, a bubbling hot tub and outdoor entertainment area. It’s located in a very quiet & peaceful neighborhood best suited for families with children. Come treat your family to a Tahoe paradise!
Meet n Greet
After you check in, we will swing by to do a quick meet n greet with you just to shake hands and go over the local rental laws in person. Please message us when you arrive and we will pop by for a very quick 5 minute meeting. Appreciate it! :)

Important Info
- This home is located in a very quiet neighborhood on the opposite side of town from the casinos, making it best best for families and those looking for a quiet getaway.
- This home is not pet friendly. Bringing pets may result in a large fine or being asked to remove them from the home. This is a luxury home that has already seen pet damage so please respect this strict no pet rule.
- There are no locks on the bathroom or bedroom doors. It’s just the way the home was built by the previous owner/builder :)
- The bedding you see in the photos has been replaced with all new white duvet covers.
- We utilize smart home devices such as exterior security cameras and noise decibel monitoring systems to ensure we are in compliances with the local rental laws.
→ The total occupancy is for adults and does not include children 5 & under so extra kids 5 & under are welcome. Just make sure there are enough beds for the kiddos!
Bedrooms
Bedroom #1 is the primary and features a king-size bed, a private TV, fireplace and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and soaking tub combo. This bedroom is on the lower/main level.
Bedroom #2 features with a king-size bed, mountain views and ensuite bathroom. This bedroom is on the lower/main level.
Bedroom #3 features a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom. This bedroom is on the lower/main level.
Bedroom #4 features a queen bed and twin over full bunk bed. This bedroom is on the second level.
Bedroom #5 features a king bed. This bedroom is on the second level.
Layout
You walk in on the lowest of 3 levels which has the garages and office/bonus sleeping area. To get to the main level you go up one set small set of stairs (about 8 steps total). On the main level, you will find the great room complete with large living room, gas fireplace, piano, lots of natural light, dining room and a fully stocked chef's kitchen with double fridge and pantry. On this main level there are 3 master bedrooms with 3 ensuite full bathrooms, a laundry room and 1 half bathroom for guest use. There is also access to the backyard and hot tub from here. To get to the upstairs or top level you will climb, 1 full set of stairs. On this 3rd level there is the loft game area with pool table, darts, wet bar and another deck. Also upstairs are the final 2 bedrooms with a shared guest bathroom.
Our guests will have access to the entire property with the exception of a few locked owner closets.
Rental Agreement
After you book with us we will either call or message you with some questions in order to get to know you better. We will also send over our rental agreement for you to sign.
Checking In
You will check in by going right to the home using the digital keypad located on the front door. Your code will be messaged to you 2 days before you arrive.
Communication
You can get ahold of us anytime on the app or via our local phone number. However, there may be delays after 6pm when we are home with our families. We have a QR code guest book on the fridge that has a wealth of information in it and can help answer most questions.
Vacation Rental Ordinance
We welcome guests who are in compliance with El Dorado County's Vacation Rental Ordinance. Please see the “Additional House Rules” section for full ordinance. If our guests do not abide by the ordinance, there may be a charge of up to $2,000 to cover county fines. In rare cases, guests may be asked to leave our home and forfeit their reservation. We do our best to communicate with and warn our guests before it comes to that. Thank you for your doing your part to keep Tahoe a safe and friendly place to live and visit for years to come! :)

Please keep your cell phone on you at all times during your stay so we can get ahold of you. Thank you!
→Pets & service animals: Unless otherwise specified on the listing, our home is not pet friendly. Service animals and emotional support animals do best at pet friendly homes. We have lots of pet friendly homes, contact us for details.
→Damage: We have a “You break, you buy” policy when it comes to damage. You are responsible for reporting all damage to us during your stay. Failure to report damage, may result in being charged for it. We do inspections before and after every guest.
→Bulk supplies: Please do not remove ANY supplies from our home and leave all supplies for the next guest. Including but not limited to: olive oil, salt, pepper, foil, trash bags, dish pods, etc. Theft is not cool and not something we do not take lightly. If you are unsure if something if yours, it’s best to leave it on our home.
→Snow chains: If coming to Tahoe during the Winter, El Dorado county law states all vehicles, even 4WD, must carry chains.
→Good neighbor policy: Our home is in a quiet, residential area filled with full time people that are not on vacation. Please use your best judgement when it comes to noise/demeanour to be respectful of the neighbors during your stay.
→Walk with Care: Our walkways in Tahoe are icy so make sure all members of your party have snow friendly shoes and walk with care. We are not liable for falls or slips on the ice.
→Cancellations: We have a cancellation policy and highly recommend that all guests purchase travel insurance to cover you in case of bad weather or illness. However, we are human too. Please let us know if you would like to cancel and initiate the cancellation process on your end right away. If the home can be rebooked for the same dates, you will be refunded in full.
→Smoking: Our home is non smoking. If someone in your party needs to smoke please do so off property lines and dispose of your cigarette butts appropriately. Do not toss butts on the ground as we do not enjoy picking them up.
→Fraudulent Claims: We believe in running an honest business and expect our guests to have the same mentality. Falsifying or embellishing home issues with the intention of receiving money back is something we do not tolerate.
→Unforeseen Home Issues: When renting someone else’s home, issues can arise that are out of our control and that could have not otherwise been prevented. Please communicate all issues you may face to us as soon as they happen so we may be given the opportunity to rectify them.
→Open flame fires: Camp fires or bonfires are illegal in the Tahoe and can result in a huge fine from the county.
→Drive with Care: Our home is located in a residential neighborhood where the speed limit is 25mph. Please drive with care when coming to and from our home.
→Carpets: Please remove your shoes inside. You will be responsible for any new carpet stains.
→Security Cameras: Most of our homes have security cameras on the exterior only. There are never cameras located inside the home. Not only are interior cameras not allowed, we feel they are ethically wrong so rest assured Guest privacy is something we take very seriously.
→Snow Removal: We cannot guarantee snow removal services to the roads and driveway will be completed by the county and/or snow removal vendors within a timely manner. Delays during heavy snowfall are to be expected. Snow shovels are provided onsite.
→Towels: We supply one bath towel and one wash cloth per occupant. If you feel you will need more please bring with you.
