「Very clean, safe and large apartment. Interacted with one lady staff in the morning and she was so courteous. I had forgotten my wallet and passport in the apartment during check out but she came running to my car in the parking lot before i drove off. Thanks to her and thanks to the property who have honest prople working there. 「When I arrived, I had some trouble parking because the road in front of the hotel had just been painted and we couldn't park (the hotel staff told me that they hadn't have been informed either), but the reception staff was very cheerful and friendly, which made me feel better. And when I contacted the hotel that I would not be able to check in on time, they kindly responded to my request. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options. 「お湯があまり熱くなかったので、シャワーを浴びている間寒かった。体を拭いた後は、温泉ということもあり、寒くはなかった。 部屋にタオル類とドライヤーがなかったが、ゲストハウスだからないのだろうかと思いつつ、スタッフに聞いてみると、掃除の時に置き忘れていたようで、タオル類は準備してくれた。ドライヤーはなし。 そのほかは、料理もスタッフも、部屋の清潔さも、窓からの眺望も、文句なし。素晴らしい！」
