「We used this hotel for our Yellowstone and Grand Teton trip. Room is enough our family (4 persons). Staff is friendly and kind. 10min for downtown by walk. 15 min for Jackson airport by car. 20min for Grand Teton national park. Very accessible. 」

「We enjoyed our stay, rooms were clean, they were reroofing, but that would only be a temporary situation. Our GPS took us to a separate building entrance, so it was a challenge to find the front desk. We had an entrance to our room, from an inner hallway, or outside. The breakfast had many options, very good. We would stay again if we return. 」

「2階ロビーからの眺めが素晴らしい」

「We really enjoyed staying here, walking distance to all the shops and restaurants! Room was small but had everything we needed. The only complaint I could come up with is the trash truck coming at 6 am everyday haha but that’s obviously not anything to do with the hotel. Staff was nice, coffee was great, ate at Glorietta across the parking lot and it was incredible. Would stay again.」

「翌日、ジャクソンホール空港から帰る予定だったため利用しました。すぐ横にはガソリンスタンドと水や食料品が買える小さなお店もあります。街の中心部(Jackson Town Squareがあるあたり)まで歩いていくには遠すぎますが、中心部には公共駐車場(無料でした)もあるため、買い物や食事も不便には感じませんでした。部屋はとても清潔です。電子レンジも冷蔵庫もあります。１階に宿泊しましたが、2階の方の歩く音や水の音などがよく聞こえます。」

「The pictures were a little deceiving, but still looked okay in person. Hidden in a dark corner, but the mountain is your view. The hotel is dated, but again very clean. We didn't have much interaction with the staff, but check in/out was pleasant. Overall not a bad place to stay in a pinch. 」

「This was amazing! All the staff was great! The front desk team stood out the most. I did forget some names but they were all amazing!!! Two guys and a blonde woman. I think one of the guys names was Robert. All around 10/10. The text line with the team was so easy and one of the best highlights and a great way to communicate to the team for whatever we or they needed or requested. This visit was amazing! The serving staff and bar staff was above and beyond!! 」

「24時間対応のフロントとの事だったが、夜10時以降は誰もいなくなってしまった。トラブルがおきたので相談したかったが、できずに困った。同じ所に泊まった宿泊者に電話を借りたりと大変だった。宿泊者を置いて、全員居なくなるのは問題だと思う。ホームページに書いてあるのと全然違った。」

「We had a great stay at Alexander Cabin! The host sent us check-in instructions/directions well in advance of our stay which allowed for a smooth check-in. The location of the cabin is tucked away in a back corner of a neighborhood out of sight of neighbors. The propane grill worked well and was a highlight of the stay. The only thing to note is that the bedroom is located in a loft which is accessed by a steep set of stairs. We had a great stay and would highly recommend the cabin to anyone...
