Really wanted to love this place but there were so many little things wrong that they really added up and made it a bad experience. Clearly this unit needs some attention from staff, rather than relying on guests to report issues as they observe them.
Main issues:
Bed is small and does not sleep 2 adults comfortably- photo makes it look like a queen or king, but it's actually a full size pull out style bed, very uncomfortable and very noisy with any little toss or turn. We ended up sleeping on the pull out couch the second night because it was slightly larger and didn't make noise.
Stove - we were greeted by a yellow notepad that said to use pliers to turn the burners on/off because the knobs were broken. Really? Instead of fixing the nobs before we arrived, you're asking us to use a tool every time we want to turn the stove on/off or adjust the temp?
TV - although the TV comes with Firestick and Apple TV, nothing was plugged in, remotes were missing all togehter or missing batteries if they were there. You have a long list of all these apps you supposedly can watch (Netflix, Hulu. etc...) but they equipment is incomplete. Again, it shouldn't be the guests job to report this, the staff should have checked on this before we checked in.
Grill - of course mid-cooking raw hamburgers the grill ran out of gas, and because it was after hours there was no way to get help. We had to move all our semi-raw food into the kitchen to complete cooking.
I would not recommend staying at this unit unless they pay some serious attention to these easily fixable issues, instead of relying on guests to make due
