「We have been coming to Chico every year to participate in the "Wildflower" bike ride. This by far has been our best stay. It's location is actually at the beginning of the route. As well, as a superb proximity to Bidwell park and downtown. We look forward to staying here again next year.」

「My daughter and I loved staying at Rebecca’s place. It was sparkling clean and very comfortable. We had everything we needed. The AC was already turned down to a comfortable temperature for our arrival and cold waters were in the refrigerator. Rebecca messaged throughout our stay to check in and see if we needed anything. We loved the beautiful backyard and pool. I would definitely stay her again.」

「Extremely private, clean, and well maintained space. Great shower! Awesome off street parking! Within 10-15 min from anything you’d want - gym, restaurants, etc. The host had great communication and was very accommodating. This will be my first option when I’m visiting Chico. 」

「We were in Redding for two nights for a friend’s funeral. We just needed a place to sleep basically, nothing fancy but we don’t like hotels. Janet’s lodging was perfect — simple, clean, comfortable and quiet. It’s attached to the main house but we never heard our neighbors.」

「The rustic cabin exceeded our expectations for our family get together. The cabin provided comfortable sleeping space for our party of 12. The cabin was well stocked with everything one would need, including cooking utensils and other supplies. Christie is a great host and helped make our trip enjoyable. We liked the large wooden table for our meals. Nice being close to the fun center.」
