"This was our second time staying here. Both times have wonderful experiences. The staff is so helpful and friendly! The rooms are updated and clean."

" Our stay has been excellent every time we've stayed. The major downside is the late afternoon check in time. As we arrive from the immediate Bay Area about 1 - 2 pm, the 4:00 pm check in time is not early enough. Realize that staff needs time to clean, but it means that we have to figure out what to do in the area (without much direction or knowledge of area) before checking in. Is there a way to check in say by 3 pm without financial penalty? Thank you,."
