The hotel was fully booked due to conference held at the hotel. The receiption could not find my booking to start with, and then they asked me about the type of passport I am holding, which is rather strange. At last they refused to give me a non-smoking room, even though I booked online non-smoking. Rooms are not isolate well, so I could hear people speaking loud in the corridor.
糟糕透顶的酒店,找不到我的订单不说,询问我的护照和签证类型也就罢了,死活说没有无烟房了!我明明从网上订的是无烟房。服务实在有待改进。

Terrible service
Hotel is a long way from anything - the location map is incorrect. 13 stops on the metro to the centre of Shanghai and then a 1km walk from the station. Hotel does not accept bookings made on this website.

Hotels.com booking not accepted here
This hotel is a long way from the centre of Shanghai and any attractions and is not located where it is shown on the map. The hotel does not accept bookings from hotels.com and we spent two hours trying to prove that we had paid for a room. We were unsuccessful and had to pay again. I do not recommend this hotel for any type of stay in Shanghai.
