「Carlos great communication was able to arrange an early check in and rental car. Assisted with transport of luggage. Apartment very clean and spacious true to listing photos. Appreciated the extras like coffee and spices. Easy parking in front of building. Would recommend to anyone visiting Ponta Delgada. 」

「The location is challenging to get to but the property with the 2 pools overlooking the water is worth the drive. Some updating is required especially in the hallways to the rooms. Rooms are updated and beautiful. We needed a light replaced and a slow water faucet to be fixed. The reception is very helpful and accommodating. Very knowledgeable about the island. Breakfast is a buffet and not worth it if you are expecting a North American standard. 」
