「We loved this house. Location was rural but only 10 mins to Ponta Delgada. The views across the cornfield to the ocean....amazing. The kithen was well-equipped with everything we needed and the bed was comfortable. Our host was quick to respond with any queries. If we were to return to Sao Miguel we would definitely co sider this house again.」

「Adorable local cottage in a very small town. We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment on the second floor. Neighbors gave us a walking tour and showed us their garden and taught us history of the area. 」

「Host was very gracious, welcoming, quite responsive, and available. The grounds are beautiful and the unit is a short walk from shops, restaurants, and parks. A slight drawback was uneven heating in different areas though overall it was quite comfortable.」

「The house is well equipped and the location excellent, although one must plan to walk 200 meters to reach the house which is on a peculiar road to deive. the host is suoer helpful and polite, the kitchen fully stocked.」

「The communication with the property owner was incredible. He was super helpful and guided us to the location after we were lost upon arrival. The suite itself was very clean and well equipped. Easy access through property with keyfob to the gate. 」

「Wir sind das 3. Mal auf São Miguel gewesen und uns hat es wieder einmal umgehauen, wie grün, erfrischend und erholsam die Insel ist. Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage und ist gut ausgestattet.」

「Nous avons séjourné en famille 5 jours au mois d’Aout 2023 dans la maison La Nouvelle. La vue sur l’océan est magnifique, une route passe juste en dessous mais n’est pas bruyante et ne se voit pas depuis la terrasse. Nous avons pu profiter du siège suspendu pour regarder l’océan en fin de journée. Le logement est globalement bien équipé. 2 salles de bains bien pratiques. Notre fille a dormi dans le salon sur le canapé lit. La maison est située à 10min du centre ville à pied et 5 min de la plage...
