Modern Darling Downtown Condo | Pool, Tennis

This updated and remodeled condo overlooks the pool at Condo del Sol and provides access to Lake Pend Oreille, as well as all the  charming restaurants and shops of downtown Sandpoint.  Ideal for families and or couples that love to be in the downtown area, there are tennis courts on site, a fabulous outdoor BBQ pavilion, heated pool and plenty of parking.

This condo is located upstairs and has an updated and modern look and decor.  Two kayaks are provided for guest use at no additional charge.  You'll find a portable AC unit in the master bedroom, as well as the second bedroom to help with those hot summer nights.  The location is ideal anytime of the year, as all the downtown restaurants and shops are just blocks away.

Everything was great except AC
We had a great time. It was very clean. The only issue was that there was only small air conditioners in two of the bedrooms. The rest of the house was above 80° the whole time we were there. We stayed for a total of three days and tried different combinations with leaving the air conditioners running with doors open blinds closed Not at the house to cool off

Amazing condo, awesome location.
This is a beautiful condo with so many extra details. They have thought of all the things you might need and more. Warm clean swimming pools, access to the lake a few feet away for swimming, kayaking, and paddle boarding. You can bring your boat

The property management company saved us
We were able to check in early, but upon checking in we found there was no water pressure in condo. We called immediately. They were very responsive and upon learning it could not be fixed for the weekend, they moved us to another complex which was definitely an upgrade. This condo really did not have a view of the lake or a balcony. The complex is also right next to the highway so we were extremely happy with the move.

Clean, well-equipped and comfortable condo
This VRBO was really great - the location is close to downtown and easy walking to restaurants, shops and even the path/hike alongside the lake. It was about a 30 minute drive to the mountain for skiing - took a little longer on the day it snowed. It is close to the train tracks, but in my opinion, the noise isn't bad. The place is spotless and the heated floors in the kitchen and primary bath (as well as the soaker tub in primary bath) were wonderful! I have asthma, so try to stay away from rentals that have wall-to-wall carpet. This VRBO was super clean and and area rugs are short pile, which is nice. Beds/linens are very comfortable. We tried a new restaurant in the area - Savory, which is about a 7 minute walk at max. It was excellent. Order at the counter but best burger/fish tacos!

Great place!
This was the perfect place for our stay. Very clean, extremely well furnished, spacious and stocked with every possible tool in the kitchen you would ever need. Lots of coffee options including a grinder! There was even laundry and dishwasher pods if you needed and every bathroom had plenty of towels and soap, shampoo, conditioner and soap. It was warm and welcoming when we arrived and the check in process was seamless. Perfect location walking distance to town and right on the lake. Only one negative we experienced was is it has an extremely small water heater and needs time to warm up even after one shower. Thanks for a great stay!

Our Favourite summer vacation destination
We started going to Sandpoint when our kids were two years old and stayed at Condo del Sol. The property is so well maintained and we are always happy with the the location and the layout of the condos. This year we retuned with our grandchildren and they feel in love with it too. We will return! The co do we stayed in was perfect for us and we were so pleased to have the opportunity to stay there.

Wonderful Ski Vacation & Stay in Sandpoint
The townhome was perfect for our family of 4, plenty of room to spread out. We walked into Sandpoint to go out to dinner and went skiing to Schweitzer during the day. The condo was exactly as described and more. It was very comfortable.

Beautifully renovated
Beautiful place with so many thoughtful amenities. Really nicely renovated. Kitchen has everything. No central a/c, instead there are swamp coolers and ceiling fans in the bedrooms. The master bed has a plywood support underneath the mattress that squeaks at every slight movement which makes sound sleeping difficult. But the mattresses are comfortable. No king bed in master, queen only. Really nice master bathroom. Easy parking out front. A walk up a flight of stairs with suitcases wasn’t too difficult. We were very comfortable here. Management was hit or miss with communicating but took care of the missing ceiling fan remote in master bedroom in 4 days. Washer dryer in unit came in handy. We would stay here again.

Beautiful, Spacious, Great Location
The condo was beautiful, clean, and well stocked. The location was great and the neighbors were friendly. The top loft actually had two twin beds in it which served as an additional room for my teen son so that was a nice bonus. We really enjoyed our stay and wish we could have stayed longer!
