There is free parking for 3 vehicles. The driveway will fit two vehicles (car, boat, or truck) and the attached single garage you get access to fits a vehicle (car/mid-size suv, motorcycle, or small boat)

QUIET HOURS ARE FROM 10pm - 7am.
This is a quiet residential neighborhood and parties are not allowed. We want our guests to have a good time but please be mindful of the noise and be respectful of our neighbors. Per Airbnb's recommendation, we have installed a noise monitor inside the house. Failure to follow the quiet hour requirements will result in a minimum $250 fine and a phone call to local law enforcement.
EXTERIOR CAMERAS:
We do have exterior cameras to ensure the property is safe at all times. Cameras are around the outside of the house (which can see backyard and all people that enter) and one in the garage (which can see all cars/people coming in and out). There is no cameras inside the home.
CHILDREN SAFETY:
Please keep an eye on your younger children, especially near the stairs. We are not liable for any accidents during your stay. Please do not book if you feel the space is not suitable for children.
PETS:
Due to family allergies, we do not allow pets in the home. If you are traveling with a service animal, we will do our very best to accommodate you, but we would encourage you to look for other pet friendly accommodations.
HOUSE RULES:
- Max of 6 people and no unregistered guests.
- No parties and loud music.
- No smoking of any kind (cigarettes, vapors, marijuana, etc) both inside and outside the house.
- No illegal activity.
- Do not flush sanitary items down the toilet.
Failure to observe any of the house rules will result in a minimum $250 fine.
CHECK IN Procedure:
- A few days prior to your check in date, we will message you detailed check in instructions
- We will message you self checkin door code the day of check in
- Check in is at 3pm or later
CHECK OUT Procedure:
- Check out is at 10am.
- Please rinse all dirty dishes and put them in dishwasher.
- Please leave used towels in hamper
- Please put cover back on spa and grill if used
- Put any moved furniture/patio chairs back where it was.
Your cleaning fee covers a normal amount of clean up in addition to washing/ folding linen and folding your washed towels. Any additional cleaning (i.e. excess trash, dirt, stains, etc) will result in an additional cleaning charge.
We do not expect our guests to clean or remove bedding during their stay, but we do expect guests to respect our home. We would appreciate it if you leave the house in the same or better condition as you found it :)

Please note that violation of any of these rules is considered a breach of the terms and conditions of the rental agreement. The owner reserves the right to evict any guests or visitors who refuse to follow these house rules.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY:
By renting/staying at our property you and associated party are assuming all risk and liability. You hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Owners or associated independent contractors. The Owners assume no responsibility for any and all claims for negligence or liability for any accident, injury, illness, death, property loss in connections to the home, features of the home, property and surrounding areas. Any aspect of the home or property including but not limited to stairs, loft, hot tub, fire pit, gas burning stove, included amenities, appliances, etc. When you book you have accepted that you have read this and accept that renting the associated property carries certain inherent risks that cannot be eliminated regardless of the care taken to avoid injuries. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless on behalf of you and any associated parties to hold the vacation rental its owners, cleaners, trades peoples and any other associate parties from any and all claims, actions, suits, costs, expenses, damages and liabilities including attorney fees as a result of the use of the associated premises.
