"We really enjoyed our recent long weekend at the Seagull property! It started with an airport pickup from Wisi, who also picked up our bags after checkout so that we could walk around before our flight. And then he came and met us where we were to run us to the airport-it was fantastic! The property is great, albeit a 10-20 min walk to some places. That said, the quiet was great and the Tipsy Rooster across the street alwyas had great live music at night! It was a great fit for us, although...

"We stayed in the sea shell cottage, perfect for two. The unit was clean and the grounds were beautiful. There is a grill and a flattop griddle you can use. We went out for most meals so we didn’t use them. Close to a ton a restaurants, good recommendations in the book Had a great time! Will be back"

"The cabin and pool were perfect. Fantastic restaurants very nearby. Only thing I was a little disappointed in was the shoreline and fishing. No beach and very shallow water throughout the entire bay. I'd definitely stay here again, just plan on traveling if you're looking to catch any fish."

"The location and views are great. It was a comfortable stay. There were some deferred maintenance items which were shared with the property manager. Completion of these items will greatly enhance the experience at the property and make it a '10' rating."

"Granted we visited two weeks before spring break, but hindsight a hotel probably was better choice considering we had to scramble for an hour to find non-residence parking for overnight 3blocks away. So we paid for Ubers everywhere (island problem not owner, but be aware. Owner did respond timely and offer parking and shuttle, but not a convenient option when trying to maximize vacation time on an expensive island! "

"Beach towels!! The cottage is very cute. Very basic kitchen supplies and bathroom supplies. No extra comfort amenities...travel mugs, beach chairs, hot pads for kitchen, toilet paper, beach towels. And if you plan to wash anything bring coins. 1.50 per wash "

"This place is about as laid back as you can get in the Keys. We love coming here, but it's a no frills existence and normally very peaceful. There's no housekeeping. Once you've blown thru some basic household supplies, you're on your own. With ample help from the property manager, eventually, the cottage had everything you might need for a home away from home. "
