「The check-in process was frustrating. Guests are required to sit outside locked doors while wait for checkin at 3pm CAT. The reservations team is supposed to send guest’s registration link and access QR code but they refuse to send it before time because their checkin time is 3pm. I was there at 11am and had to wait outside the front door while waiting for access and was with other guests who experienced the same infuriating service. 「 Heck in was a little intimidating, but once we got through it, realised just how good the security of the building was and appreciated the efforts. Location was perfect and felt safe during the day at all times. Room was comfy with everything we expected. Pool was crowded at times and hard to find somewhere to sit in the sun, but hey, it had a pool.」

「The beds were comfortable and bedding and towels were crisp and clean. The space in the penthouse was amazing with enough beds and room for our whole family. The views were spectacular!!! Made the rental totally worth it. The furniture did have some questionable stains. There is a strong marijuana smell. 」
