「The property was the cleanest and prettiest all inclusive resort I've ever stayed at. The service was also the best I've ever had. The upcharges for day beds when they weren't even full by 3pm is kind of silly. They should offer guests them free after a certain time of day, especially in drizzling or rainy days. 「Large resort with multiple bars, restaurants, spa, beach & activities. Staff is very young, and the desk staff needs more training in customer service. I arrived during a thunderstorm and was basically abandoned at the airport. The resort has a designated shuttle service but refused to pick me up b/c "booking on Expedia made me ineligible for that service."
