"Staff was friendly. Spacious room but very humid inside. The bedsheets felt like they were damp."

"Very romantic place with a perfect view. We chose the deluxe room and it was absolutely worth it! You can see the beach and the sea from the bed. Room has everything you need, walls could use a little paint, but otherwise functional beach house. Staff was awesome and very accommodating. Tulum is expensive in general and transportation is a problem with overpriced taxis/bikes/motorcycles but the hotel has nothing to do with that and helped us make our stay an amazing experience overall!"

"This property is very safe and centrally located to all the best restaurants and night life. You have a beach that is literally right outside your door. If you don't mind not having room service and restaurants on premise than this is the right place for you. It's very bohemian and quite a little gem of a hotel right smack in the middle of everything you want and more. Sandra at the front desk is very helpful and had a lot of great recommendations. You also have VIP access to Rosa Negra Beach...

"Beautiful property with an interesting layout. The rooms were very clean. A/C blows cold, my room had an exhaust fan too which was nice. The facilitators for the therapies were very experienced amd knowledgable. They were also incredibly sweet people who made you feel cpmfortable, safe, and like family. There is also an attached restaurant at the front, Birria, which has very good food at better prices than the other restaurants in the surrounding area."

"Great location for exploring Tulum. Easy access to the ruins, food, access to Cultivo for local commute. A little far from the beach but if you are up for 1 hr walk its not bad. "

"very clean. beautiful views. quiet as it’s set further away down tulum party beach zone. free beach access through ether but minimum $30 usd min spend to use beds/pool etc. didn’t use these and chose to seek out more lively beach clubs."
