「I paid a premium for the water view, and it was worth every minute of it. My only suggestion would be that the place spend some money updating the interior hallways with new flooring and paint, the stairwells should be rubber, coated, and railing repainted, the rooms went to a laminate flooring, which is noisy. It would be better to go to a luxury vinyl tile flooring in the suite would be better suited with a table and some chairs for dining. The pool area and beach area are worth staying here...

「We stayed 2 nights. BBQ facilities with nice view. We could fish from thw private dock (pier). Here are many Pelicans and they bit my lure. So I recommend you to use barbless hooks for easy release. Office opens from 9am, so if you depart early, you should pre-arrange check out.」

「エクスペディアの案内には、朝食付きと書いてありましたが、朝食はナシです。ご注意下さい。 このMotelかなりの客室がある大規模なMotelで、宿泊した日は空き部屋がたくさんあったのですが 宿泊した際に割り当てられたのは、外の駐車場に出るドアの横の角部屋。 ドアの開閉がうるさいといけないので、部屋を替えてほしいとお願いしましたが、だめでした。 ちょっとの気遣いをいただけると快適なのに、残念ですね。 」

「Very pretty old Florida grounds and building with a nice pool. Well appointed antiques in the rooms that are comfortable and unique. Staff is great, food on site is very good and beach is just across the street. Great stay and very clean, we had room 113 and highly recommend if available as it is large and steps from the pool access.」
