It has still not been returned 3 days after we checked out and my bank has started a dispute since the hotel allowed the hold to process. Never had a hotel do this and I won't use this hotel.again. "I was originally staying at a different hotel which turned out to be unsafe and in a terrible area. Once i cancelled my stay there i found this hotel that had a vacancy that night. The room was good, bathroom did smell like someone has been smoking and you could smell it thru the vent, but overall clean, sofa bed was not in the best of shapes so we decided to sleep on the couch, ( had to put sheet over, there were stains and my son was NOT going to lay his head there, hallways is right there, so it can be noisy at times. "This hotel was beautiful and I often stay here when I am in town. My only negative feedback is that the king size adjoining suite - room 314 there are dips in the floor. There were no dishes to use in the kitchen. No pots or pans for the stove top. Also the ac unit is in the closet of this and it’s really loud. Overall it very spacious and accommodating. I would stay here again but I think it’s time for a facelift!"
