「We enjoyed our stay at the guesthouse! Everything was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed dinner in the restaurant the night of our arrival and highly recommend it, breakfast was great too! Lastly, we were able to see the northern lights on property and enjoyed not needing to travel to see them.」

「This hotel is really far from normal tourists spots but we wanted to hike a mountain near by so I selected this location. I really enjoyed our time here and the view was pristine and untouched land. The rooms have big windows so you have a great view. 」

「The property was in the middle of nowhere but still easy to find, especially in the dark. I switched to this place at the last minute and we were mostly glad we did. The staff was wonderful and the homemade bread and jam was fabulous. Our bathroom sink and tub were not draining very well so we had to be careful about that. The room walls are VERY thin so the noise from the other people were a bit disturbing. From the pictures we thought we would have a separate cabin but ours ending up...

「宿泊するのに困ることはありませんでした。非対面のチェックインで鍵が置いてあるので勝手に鍵を取って、チェックアウトも鍵を置いていくだけでした。キッチンスペースも広々しており使いやすいです。周りにお店はないので事前に食事は購入していく必要があります。最初、手前にあるAnnna’sHouseに間違えていってしまったので、外観はチェックしてから行くことをお勧めします周りに建物がないので、オーロラもよく見えました。」

「息子夫婦にはキッチンルームとトイレ・シャワー・サウナ風呂付の部屋を頼み、私はトイレ共有の部屋を利用しました。アイスランドは物価が高いので４泊した朝と夕食をキッチンで地元の食を使い美味しく楽しめました。サウナは夜の寒いオーゾラ観測の後の体を温めるのには最高ですが、１室しか無いようです。夫妻のオーナーも親切に対応してくれました。ただしベットメーキングは頼まないとしてくれませんが、私たちは不要でした。ロケーションとして以下の日程にはベストチョイスでした。初日はゴールデンサークル、２日目は南部エリアでVikまでの日帰り、３日目はスナイフェルネース半島をそれぞれ日帰りしました。４日目にチェックアウトして、地熱発電所見学の後、レイキャビックとブルーラグーンを回りました。Selfossの郊外にあるのでオーロラ観測は宿からも可能ですが、車で更に暗闇を探せばもっと良いでしょう。幸い４日間のうち３回見ることが出来ました。しかし、アイスランドの天候は１日のなかでも激しく変わるので保証の限りではありません。真上には現れず３０度の遠方に雲のように見えましたが満足です。」

「Such a lovely, unique experience staying in a private ‘igloo’. Everything about the igloo has been well thought through. There are 3 heaters and electric mattress warmers to ensure warmth in the cold months. They were very effective.
